The Strike Force Wireless app includes a powerful Camera Sharing feature that allows users to safely and securely share access to their camera's images and videos with friends and family.
Shared users will have read-only access, meaning they can view and download content but cannot delete or alter anything. As the camera owner, you maintain full control, including the ability to revoke access at any time.
How to Share Your Camera
- Open the Strike Force Wireless app.
- Tap CAMERAS and select the camera you'd like to share.
- Go to Camera Features > Manage Sharing.
- Tap MANAGE INVITATIONS.
- Enter the email address of the person you'd like to share the camera with.
- Tap SEND INVITE LINK.
What Happens Next?
- If the recipient already has a Strike Force Wireless account:
They will receive an Invitation notification within the app. - If the recipient does not have an account:
They will receive an email with a link to create a free account. Once registered, they can accept the invitation from within the app.
How to Revoke Access
You can remove someone's access to your shared camera at any time:
- Open the Strike Force Wireless app.
- Go to CAMERAS and open the shared camera.
- Navigate to Camera Features > Manage Sharing.
- Locate the person's name and tap REMOVE.
How to View Pending Invitations
To review invitations you have sent for a camera:
- Open the Strike Force Wireless app.
- Go to CAMERAS and open the shared camera.
- Navigate to Camera Features > Manage Sharing to view:
- Pending invitations
- Invite status
- Option to resend if needed
To locate share invites sent to you:
- Open the app and go to the MENU.
- Tap SHARE INVITATIONS to view.
Viewing Shared Cameras
When a camera has been shared with you, its images and videos will appear in your LIBRARY, clearly marked with a Shared icon in the upper-left corner.
- On mobile: The shared indicator appears at the bottom of the screen when viewing an image or video.
- On web: The shared indicator is shown at the top of the screen.
🔒 Note on Permissions
- Shared users can only download images/videos.
- All other functions are disabled for shared content (e.g., deleting, editing).
