It is possible that in instances of very low light, such as dusk, dawn and cloudy days the camera may take a picture or pictures like the example above. In conditions such as this there may not be sufficient light to take a daytime color picture and at the same time there may be too much light for the cameras IR flash to function as it would at night.
In these instances the camera will provide the best exposure it can however, this may result in incorrectly colored images. This is a result of color shifts caused by the IR and ambient light both being used to produce the picture.
To ensure there is nothing wrong with the camera move it to a location that gets full sun and have it take a few images and review those. If those images are not in correct color you can contact Customer Service via the Submit a Request link below.
