Updating Billing Information

Your Strike Force Wireless account will bill you monthly for each subscription you have. The monthly billing date is based on the date each subscription was started. All billing transactions take place on the credit card you have saved to your account. In the event you need to change this card information entirely or just update a portion of it you will follow the steps below. 

1. Open your Strike Force Wireless app and press the ACCOUNT icon located on the right side of the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

2. From the MY ACCOUNT menu press PROFILE & BILLING.

3. From the My Account page press the UPDATE BILLING INFORMATION button located in the Billing History section.

4. Once in the UPDATE BILLING INFORMATION window you can edit all fields with any updated payment details (i.e. Expiration Date, Entire Card, Billing Address). Once any changes have been made you will click the SAVE button. A confirmation message will appear briefly to inform you that the information has been updated. You will press the X located in the upper right corner of the window to close. 

Note: Due to different phone sizes as well as text size settings you may have to scroll within the window to locate the SAVE button.
