If your trail camera is outside of the one year warranty period and you wish to send it in we will do a diagnostic at no charge to you. It may be possible that the parts needed to repair the trail camera are no longer available or the cost of the repair exceeds that of a new trail camera. However, once we have looked at the camera you will be contacted and provided with your available options before we proceed.
NO guarantees can be given before we have received and evaluated the trail camera.
AFTER WARRANTY SERVICE:
In the event after warranty service is needed, contact Browning Trail Camera's customer service who's information is provided below. Our knowledgeable agents can help troubleshoot any issues with your trail camera. Our agents will also provide the out of warranty return form needed which contains all instructions and the return address. You are responsible for the packaging of and shipping cost to our warranty center.
